OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legal AI Insight and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Affiliate disclosure

Legal AI Insight may earn commissions from links to third-party products and services, including legal AI platforms reviewed or compared on the site. This does not affect our editorial assessments. For full details, please see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, or update these Terms, at any time. Changes to the Terms are effective when posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for any violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you and Legal AI Insight waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
